Welcome to Polyanalytics. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our prediction market analytics dashboard and related pages.
1. Service Overview
Polyanalytics provides analytics and workflow tools that may include:
- Polymarket market heatmaps, volume, and liquidity views
- wallet lookup, top holders, and leaderboard views
- portfolio, position, and PnL tracking workflows
- Polymarket vs Kalshi comparison and arbitrage research screens
- CSV, reporting, and tax-prep export workflows
- API access or alerts if enabled for your plan
2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You may use Polyanalytics only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- interfere with the website or hosting infrastructure
- automate abusive traffic against the service
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems
- misuse exports or analytics in a misleading way
- violate applicable trading, tax, sanctions, or data-use laws
3. No Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice
Polyanalytics provides analytics and informational tools only. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, tax adviser, accountant, or law firm. You are solely responsible for trading, legal, accounting, and tax decisions.
4. Market Data and Venue Differences
Prediction market data can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or revised. Similar events on different venues may have different fees, access rules, liquidity, settlement wording, expiry timing, and resolution processes. You are responsible for reviewing venue rules before acting on any signal.
5. No Affiliation
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Polyanalytics is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Polymarket, Kalshi, or any other prediction market venue.
6. Account, Billing, and Plan Features
Some features may be free and others may require a paid plan. Plan features, pricing, and availability may change over time. If paid billing is enabled, additional checkout or payment-provider terms may apply.
7. Exports
CSV and tax-related exports are provided for convenience and informational review only. You should verify all exported data before using it for reporting, accounting, or tax filing.
8. Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Polyanalytics at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data freshness, or continued access to any third-party data source.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Polyanalytics is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Polyanalytics or reliance on analytics, alerts, exports, or market data.
11. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Polyanalytics after an update means you accept the revised terms.
